About Us

Flexible Integration

Our roots go back to the dairy farm, a great place to learn about all types of systems and mechanics. Cows don’t stop and neither do we, system uptime is crucial and we know what it takes to keep things moooving.

After working for other SIs, our founder saw a need in the produce industry and founded Bitmasked with the goal of providing solutions to ag and industrial customers alike, always sticking to core values of flexibility and an ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of the customer.

Systems Integration is the art of bringing various separate systems together into one cohesive unit. In the industrial setting this often means working on/with pre-assembled machines from various OEMs to establish communication between them while creating the network of pieces needed to tie the process together. Further work involves facilitating integration into SCADA, MES and ERP software.

Not at all, we design, build and commission systems of all types integrating with others as needed, or handling it all from the infeed to the outfeed.

We support customers across North America. If you’re down and need someone immediately, we’ll be on the next plane!

We do all of the on-site commissioning. We work with your preferred electrical contractor to perform the electrical work and any mechanical contractors as needed.

Absolutely, VFDs are a critical part of most of the systems we work on. While we can work our way through any VFD, here is a list of a few we’re experienced with.
